Food & Hospitality students had a taste of European cuisine during an excursion to the Adelaide CBD this term.
The Year 12s were reflecting on their current research assignment 'Small Plates' and experienced tapas-style 'Meze' Greek food at Eros Restaurant in Rundle Street.
Their objective, on Wednesday, May 11th, was to make personal observations as a primary source for their research and to taste the delicacies for themselves.
Year 12 Food & Hospitality student Olivia Rungkat said: "We had a lunch banquet and tasted a selection of dips and entrees and then sat down for our Meze. That was shared between students and encouraged social interaction, which is the main purpose of tapas-style dining. The banquet then ended with a complimentary coffee.
"The excursion was a great experience and the food was exquisite - if you haven’t experienced tapas-style food then Eros is definitely a restaurant worth experiencing!"
