Governing Council nominations

SEHS has a vibrant, effective Governing Council that sees parents, members of our community, students and staff working together to improve the school.

The Governing Council forms a very important function, in that we set the overall direction and policy of the school. This team consists of students, parents/caregivers and staff.

As a member of the Governing Council, new members will have the opportunity to contribute ideas to future directions and strategies for improvements of the school. Meetings are held twice a term on Tuesdays from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. in the staffroom.

Please consider making a commitment to strengthening the partnerships in schooling by becoming part of our Governing Council.

A nomination form is available to download by clicking on the link below, or a copy can be collected from our front office. They should be returned by 4 p.m. on Monday, February 20th.

The 2017 Governing Council AGM will be held on Tuesday, 21st February, starting at 7 p.m. We look forward to welcoming new members.
