Fees and payments

Our payment options are listed on this page. These can be used to pay your family accounts, including school fees.

Payments can be made in full or in instalments using any these options with an ‘Agreement to Pay Debt by Instalment’. Forms are available from our front office or can be emailed to you.

School Card

If you’re a low-income family, you can get financial help with our school fees, materials and services charges through the School Card scheme.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Our school accepts direct bank transfers for school fee and family account payments. Use your invoice number or family ID and a brief description if possible.

EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard credit cards, cash and cheque

Our front office has EFTPOS facilities. You can visit the front office to pay your account, or you can call us on (08) 8258 2070 to pay by credit card over the phone.

Direct debit

Direct debit by instalment can be arranged by you through your financial institution.

Online payments

Qkr! mobile phone app

You can use the ‘Qkr!’ mobile phone app to pay school fees and family accounts.

BPOINT

You can pay your account online through BPOINT using MasterCard and Visa credit cards only.

Have your invoice ready so you can check the details of the payment, including:

  • the biller code
  • your Family ID
  • the invoice number/reference.
