The following uniform code is the expectation for all students enrolled at Salisbury East High School.

Boys and Girls: 

    • Shirt: SEHS navy and white polo shirt with school logo
    • Seniors Top: Navy, white and aqua polo shirt with logo (Year 10, 11 & 12 only)
    • Shorts: Navy blue or black (no denim, large logos, stripes or ‘running shorts’)
    • Jacket: SEHS navy jacket with school logo
    • Jumper: SEHS blue woolen jumper with school logo
    • Footwear: Closed-in black leather school or sports shoes
    • Track pants: Navy school logo track pants ONLY.
    • Hats: SEHS logo school cap

Girls:

    • Pants: Navy or black tailored pants or cotton pants (no denim or leggings)
    • Skirt: SEHS blue pleated skirt, knee length
    • Dress: Blue/White check dress with logo
    • Shorts: SEHS branded sports shorts, plain navy blue or black (no denim)

Boys: 

    • Pants: Blue or black trousers (no denim or leggings)
    • Shorts: SEHS branded sports shorts, plain navy blue or black (no denim)
    • Jumper: Blue wool V-neck with logo

Other items:

    • Winter jacket: Thick navy jacket with school logo (order required)
    • Blazer and tie (order required)
    • A plain white T-shirt (long or short sleeves) or skivvy may be worn under the school polo shirt
    • During wet weather, students are allowed to wear water-proof jackets (outside only)

PE/Dance/Specialist Soccer:

Students are expected to change for practical activities (for hygiene reasons) and may only wear sportswear during lessons and any school sporting activity. Students are expected to wear activity appropriate attire. For example, T-shirt with sleeves (for sun safety) and sports shorts/ track pants. Students may purchase, or will be supplied with, a program specific top and wear it during lesson, and are expected to change into regular school uniform at the next available break time.

Unacceptable items:

    • Facial piercings, tattoos, artificial hair colours (e.g.: pink, green, blue etc.)
    • Any non-uniform items (including jackets, ‘hoodies’, legging and non SEHS logo track pants)
    • Any denim items
    • Coloured tops worn under school polo shirts
    • School uniform items that have been shortened and/or ‘bunny tails’ on school shirts
    • NB: school skirts, dresses and shorts must remain long enough to sit just above the knee
    • Unsafe footwear (e.g.: thongs, ugg boots, backless shoes, sandals, canvas shoes, ballet flats)

Students who are out of uniform will be required to change or will be sent home
